With an aim to control the rapid growing pollution level, the Delhi government has rolled out the much-anticipated Odd-Even scheme from today. News Nation brings a report that suggests the anti-pollution drive is not really very effective in curbing air pollution. In 2016, Odd-Even scheme had reduced just 4% to 7% pollution level in Delhi.
