Supreme decision on Maharashtra, Congress expresses gratitude to SC. The Fadnavis government has received a major setback from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has ordered a floor test in Maharashtra by 5 pm on November 27. The first Protem Speaker will administer the oath to all the MLAs. After that there will be a floor test. There will be no secret ballot in floor test and it will be telecast live.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट से फडणवीस सरकार को बड़ा झटका लगा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र में कल यानी 27 नवंबर को शाम 5 बजे तक फ्लोर टेस्ट करने का आदेश दिया है. पहले प्रोटेम स्पीकर सभी विधायकों को शपथ दिलाएंगे. उसके बाद फ्लोर टेस्ट होगा. फ्लोर टेस्ट में गुप्त मतदान नहीं होगा और इसका लाइव टेलिकास्ट किया जाएगा.
