A police inspector in Moradabad threatened to shoot Circle Officer if he appears in front of him. In a video message, he threatened the Circle Officer of dire consequences. This comes after a verbal spat took place between a Dalit inspector Sachin Dayal and Circle Officer Devendra Yadav while both of them were on duty. Watch this video.
