Good afternoon. Most of rain has let up. By tonight though, snow is in store for the southern parts of Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do Provinces with up to 3 centimeters overnight, so there could be some snowy roads tomorrow morning in those areas.
In fact, most regions will need to brace for icy cold conditions starting this afternoon, it's shaping up to get colder as the day goes on and the evening commute will be far colder than this morning...
Today's chilly air will stay in place, so we'll wake up to freezing morning lows of minus 3 degrees Celsius... it's very likely that a cold wave advisory will be issued in central parts of the country. The cold snap is forecast to end on Thursday afternoon.
For today, the lows and highs won't see as big of a difference today, and we will have a lot of cloud coverage hanging over us all day.
