In-depth: Global market wrap-up

Time now for an in-depth look at the market news this afternoon.
And for that, I'm joined on the line by Dr. Yang Jun-sok, professor of economics at the Catholic University of Korea.
Dr. Yang, thank you for coming on today.
Thank you.
So we have some positive news on the U.S.-China trade war. Both sides saying that as part of the Phase One deal, they're looking at getting rid of some of some tariffs. How are the markets doing today with regard to that news and otherwise?
The Korea Development Institute has studied the U.S.-China trade war and estimated that if they were to implement all the tariffs they've announced, it would hit Korea's GDP growth by a third of a percent. What do you think about that, and if it's true what can Korea do?
According to the Bank of Korea, in September the country posted a current account surplus. It was smaller, though, than a year earlier. What do you see in this figure?
Alright, Dr. Yang. That's where we'll have to leave it for today.
Thanks again for coming on.
