From next year,... November 15th will likely be designated by the UN as "Blue Sky Day,"... which is the first international day proposed by South Korea.
According to the South Korea's Permanent Mission to the United Nations,... Seoul is coordinating with the UN to have the "Blue Sky Day" designated,... as it could enhance global awareness on climate change.
All UN member-states are known to have primarily agreed to the idea during a closed-door meeting.
President Moon Jae-in made the proposal last month during the UN General Assembly.
