Learn how to make North Indian Style 'Aloo Jeera' with our chef Archana Arte.

Jeera Aloo is a typical vegetarian North Indian dish which is often served as a side dish and normally goes well with hot Paratha, chapati, or dal.

(Serves 4)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic(crushed)
- 2 Green chillies(crushed)
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- 1 tsp coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
- 3-4 Potatoes(boiled)

1. Turn on the flame and heat oil in a pan
2. Add cumin seeds, crushed ginger-garlic, crushed green chillies to the pan and mix it
3. Now, add coriander leaves, salt, coriander & cumin seeds powder; mix it, and then, add boiled potatoes
4. Saute it and cover it with its lid for around 5 minutes
5. Once cooked, turn off the flame and serve it hot
