CRISPY EGG PAKODA l EASY & QUICK SNACK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
4 BOILED EGG
CUT INTO PIECES
1 CUP GRAM FLOUR
1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/4 TSP CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
1/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1/4 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
SALT AS PER TASTE
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAF
1/4 CUP WATER (MIX GRADUALLY)
1 CUP OIL & HEAT UP
DIP THE EGG PIECES INTO MIXTURE & PUT THEM INTO OIL
FRY THEM UNTIL BECOME BROWN
REPEAT THE PROCESS
