CHOCOLATE BASBOUSA CAKE RECIPE WITH BLENDER I EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP SAMOLINA
¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
¼ CUP OIL
¾ CUP MILK
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
BLEND ALL TOGETHER
TAKE A GLASS MOLD & BRUSH SOME OIL
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO MOLD
PLACE THE MOLD IN PRE-HEATED PAN
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
1.5 CUP MILK
1 TBSP COCOA POWDER
¼ CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
MIX WELL
COOK UNTIL BECOME THICKEN
¼ CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
MIX UNTIL CHOCOLATE MELT
PRICK THE CAKE WITH FORK
POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE CAKE
KEEP 10-15 MIN. FOR COOL DOWN
WHITE CHOCOLATE ON TOP
Recommended
