South Korea and Russia are holding a joint military committee meeting to discuss establishing a hotline to prevent accidental intrusions into each other's air defense identification zones.
During the talks today and tomorrow at Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff,... the two sides are expected to discuss signing a memorandum of understanding on forming the hotline.
The meeting comes just a day after six Russian military aircraft entered the Korean Air Defense Identification Zone four times without prior notice.
The South Korean Air Force responded by dispatching 10 fighter jets.
