Motorcyclist snatches tourist's bag when he drinks coffee in Thailand

This is the shocking moment a brazen motorcyclist snatches a tourist's bag as he sits at a table drinking coffee.
John Connelly, 49, was waiting in the cafe for a massage appointment nearby when the audacious rider approached last Saturday (October 5) afternoon in Udon Thani, northern Thailand.
CCTV shows how the thief mounted the pavement then reached over the table to snatch John's fanny pack containing 10,000 baht (267GBP) in cash.
Staff chased after the motorcycle snatch thief but were unable to catch him. They then called the police.
John told officers his bag also contained medication for diabetes and his driving license.
He added: ''I was playing on my phone so I didn't see the guy on the motorcycle coming towards me. He grabbed my bag and he was gone. It happened so quickly.''
Police checked the security cameras and began trying to identify the rider.
Police Liutenant General Thongthong Sarinan, Chief Inspector of Muang Udon Thani Police Station, said: ''From checking the CCTV we believe the thief is a teenager or in his early 20s.
''They escaped onto a main road so we will check the cameras there to trace where they went to. If we catch them, they will be prosecuted according to the law.''
