The nation's arms procurement agency has won a U.S. court ruling against a foreign weapons component company in a case involving fraudulent transfer.
The Defense Acquisition Program Administration said the L.A. County Superior Court Northern District... found the company guilty of supplying faulty parts to Seoul's defense ministry during some two years since 2000.
With the ruling, DAPA is to collect more than 3-point-4-million U.S. dollars in damages.
It's the first time the agency has sued a foreign company and won.
