North Korea's ambassador to the UN has expressed optimism about restarting talks with the U.S. on denuclearization.
Kim Song said Saturday in New York that he feels "positive" about the resumption of dialogue,... as well as the timing of a possible meeting between the leaders.
He added, however,... that he couldn't say just yet whether Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump would be meeting.
As for working-level talks, Seoul's foreign minister Kang Kyung-wha told reporters Saturday that they might start within a few weeks' time.
