Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Bananas 2
Milk 1 cup
Peanut butter 1-1/2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Ice as required

Method:
Put all ingredients in blender, blend them well and serve.


Beef Teriyaki Noodles:
Ingredients:
Beef (cut in length) 300 grams
Boiled noodles 1 bowl
Spring onion ½ cup
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Fish sauce 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Chicken stock ½ cup
Method:
Put corn flour in beef and set aside. Heat oil and fry beef then remove. In same oil fry crushed ginger garlic. Then add soy sauce, fish sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and ½ cup chicken stock and let it cook. Now add 1 tsp corn flour dissolved in water when it gets thick add noodles and mix them. Now add spring onion and fry beef then take out in dish sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.

Fire cracker chicken:
Ingredients for marination:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Egg 1
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Ingredients for sauce:
Buffalo sauce ½ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Brown sugar ½ cup
Salt 2 pinch
Butter 1 tbsp
Spring onion as required
Boiled rice for serving

Method:
Put all ingredients of marination on chicken and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then deep fry it until golden brown. For sauce mix all ingredients then cook till it gets thick. Now add fry chicken and toss it. Put chicken on boiled rice, garnish with spring onion and serve.
