Dahi Dhuwan Kabab Karahi:
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Chopped onion 1
Bread slices 1
Red chili powder 1tsp
Chopped coriander 1/2tsp
Chopped cumin 1/2tsp
Green coriander 1/2
Green chili 3-4
All spice powder 1tsp
Oil for frying
Coal 1 piece
Salt as per taste
Gravy’s ingredients:
Onions 1
Crushed onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Oil 1/2cup
Yogurt 1cup
Onion chopped 2
Mint, green chili as required
Salt as per taste
Method:
In beef mince add salt, red chili powder, onion, chopped coriander, green coriander, green chili, chopped cumin and bread slice in a chopper. For the gravy heat oil and fry onions. Roast ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, tomatoes, crushed onion. Now add the fried kababs in it. Now whipped yogurt and set a layer over it. Lastly add chopped onions, mint, green chili and the rest of the yogurt to cook at high flame and smoke it with coal to serve.

Qeema Pulao:
Ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Rice ½ kg
Yogurt ¾ cup
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Button Red Chilies 10-12
Onion 1
Eggs (boiled) as required
Salt to taste
Raisins 4 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Nutmeg, Mace Powder ½ tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Method:
Heat clarified butter, add onion and fry.
Add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste, salt, white chilies, yogurt, whole red chilies, chicken mince and fry.
Then ½ cup of water and cook until mince is done.
After this, add ginger, nutmeg, mace, milk and cook.
Now add water and cook until boil.
Now add rice and let it simmer.
Add raisins and take it out in a dish.
Garnish with boiled eggs.
