to More Grocery Stores .
On the east coast, the item
will premiere this week in
100 Wegmans grocery stores.
With this new addition, the plant-based burger can now be found in 129 U.S. stores.
Earlier this month, it was announced that
27 of Gelson’s Markets would carry
it on the west coast.
17,000 restaurants throughout America
also have the Impossible burger.
By the middle of next year, Impossible
is aiming to have its burger be available
in stores across all regions.
Compared to its main rival, Beyond, Impossible Foods still has work to
do in the grocery department.
Beyond's burgers can currently be found
in over half a dozen chains, including
Whole Foods, Kroger and Safeway
