Impossible Burgers to Be Sold in Grocery Stores for the First Time.
The soy-based meat substitute will be
available in 27 Gelson’s Markets
throughout Southern California on Friday.
The company plans to expand
grocery sales to the east coast
by the end of the month.
The meatless burger debuted
at chef David Chang’s
Momofuku Nishi 3 years ago.
