The chairman of Korea's third-largest conglomerate, SK Group, says his company needs to find ways to adjust to what he sees as an unprecedented geopolitical crisis.
Chey Tae-won was speaking Thursday at an SK event in Washington D.C.... where he told reporters that his firm expects this geopolitical crisis to last for the next 30 years.
It was not exactly clear what situation he was referring to.
But regarding Japan's export curbs on South Korea, he said SK needs to look for alternative ways to source semiconductor parts and materials,... such as working with Korean manufacturers.
