A typhoon is expected to develop in waters southeast off the Korean peninsula,... with high chances that it will approach the nation later this weekend.
It's currently a tropical low pressure front,... but it will soon increase its size and intensity to become a tropical storm during the next 24 hours.
The trajectory of the typhoon isn't clear,... but as it advances northwards,... it will bring heavy rain between Sunday and Monday.
Comfortable weather will stick around during Thursday afternoon, whereas in Beijing, it will be gloomy under an overcast sky.

Cold air tonight will plunge the mercury further down to 14 degrees Celsius in Seoul and Gwangju.
It will be a little higher at 19 for Jeju and the southern region, including Busan.
The daily highs are expected to stay around seasonal norms.
Seoul, Daegu and Busan will mark 25 degrees, while Gwangju and Jeju climb a bit higher to 27 and 26 degrees respectively.
More clouds will develop as we approach the weekend,... while some parts of the country will receive sporadic precipitation on Friday and Saturday.
By Sunday afternoon, it'll be rainy all across the country.
