How to Make Terminal Transparent in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

Step 1: Right click on the Desktop, and then click on 'Open terminal.'

Step 2: Click on 'Edit,' and then click on 'preferences.'

Step 3: In New window, select your Profile, in my case it default one that is 'unnamed.'

Step 4: Click on 'colors,' and then click on 'use transparent background.'

Step 5: Now, adjust the slider according to your requirements. Move it right to increase transparency, move it left to decrease transparency.

Step 6: After that, click on 'close' button.
