How to Force Quit an Application on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

Step 1: Right click on the Desktop, and then click on 'open Terminal.'

Step 2: Type 'xkill' command without quotes, and then Hit enter key on the keyboard.

Step 3: Now, go to your application that you want to force quit, and then left click on it. It will be closed.

Step 4: After that, you can close the terminal.
