And over in the UK, a bill designed to delay Brexit has been approved by the House of Lords, Britain's upper chamber.
The bill, which passed through the House of Lords on Friday local time, will force UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson to ask the EU for an extension to the Brexit deadline if they cannot reach a deal by October 19th.
That extension would push back the deadline to January 31st next year.
The bill will become law once it gets Royal Assent on Monday.
It was passed by members of Parliament on Wednesday with 327 votes in favor and 299 against.
However, the Prime Minister told opposition parties that he cannot make a request to the EU to delay Brexit.
