Celebrities lend star power to help flood victims

Amid the floods and heavy rains, many celebrities still took time to help others in need. Angel Locsin posted photos on her Instagram account, showing volunteers of the Philippine Red Cross who are packing relief goods. Locsin also joined the distribution of aid to several areas, including the Our Lady of Assumption Church in Filinvest, and the Sto. Domingo Church in Quezon City. Kris Aquino led feeding and relief operations in Biñan, Laguna and in Taguig, while Toni Gonzaga was in Taytay, Rizal to check on residents. Many celebrities also "tweeted" and posted online some messages urging the public to help the flood victims.
