MANILA -- Unfazed by possible security threats, President Aquino proceeded with his trip down south. The President addressed the Mindanao Business Conference in Davao City and tackled issues on peace and order, power, infrastructure, and agriculture. He said the Cagayan de Oro bombing is meant to derail the peace process.
