Joe Walsh, a former Illinois congressman and conservative radio show host has revealed he's going to run for the Republican nomination - in bid to challenge President Trump ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
Announcing his bid Walsh said Trump was "a guy in the White House who is completely unfit to be president" and claimed that "everyone" in the Republican Party believes Trump is NOT fit for the job.
Walsh becomes the second Republican candidate for the nomination, following Bill Weld, a former Massachusetts governor.
However, watchers say a primary challenge to Trump is very unlikely to actually succeed.
