U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun will visit South Korea and Japan next week... to strengthen coordination on denuclearization efforts.
The U.S. State Department said Friday that Biegun will visit Seoul from Tuesday to Thursday after a two-day stop in Japan.
Since Tuesday marks the conclusion of a joint military exercise between Seoul and Washington,... pundits say the U.S. is trying to create room for Biegun to resume nuclear talks with the North.
