EU condemns N. Korea for recent missile tests and urges restraint

EU, 北 미사일 추가 발사 비판…"추가 도발 안 돼"
The European Union has slammed North Korea... for its recent string of ballistic missile tests,… saying they are threatening the process to establishing peace on the Korean Peninsula.
The spokesperson of the EU's European External Action Service said Saturday... that North Korea's security provocations undermine international trust-building measures... to achieve lasting peace in the region.
The spokesperson also urged Pyeongyang to exercise restraint and fully abide by its international obligations... as defined by UN Security Council resolutions.
The EU also said... Pyeongyang should take "concrete and credible" steps to abandon its nuclear and ballistic missile programs... and called for the resumption of dialogue with the United States.
