정부, 북측 목선 및 선원 3명 송환... 대북 통지문 전달

South Korea has sent back three North Korean fishermen who crossed the inter-Korean sea border over the weekend.
Seoul's unification ministry says they were sent back after questioning.
It notified the North this morning via the joint liaison office... and the crew and the fishing boat have both left.
Late Saturday, the boat crossed the Northern Limit Line and entered South Korean waters.
The South Korean military towed the boat to a naval base.
The North Korean crew said they'd crossed the border because of a "navigational error" and they did not want to defect.
But there had to be a detailed probe... because the South Korean military suspected that the boat might have belonged to the North Korean military.
