Lawmakers from S. Korea, U.S., Japan meets in Washington to discuss cooperation, trade dispute

The Korean delegation, led by former National Assembly speaker Chung Sye-kyun ,... reportedly worked to convince their Japanese counterparts to resolve the issue through dialogue.
The delegation delivered a unanimous resolution signed by the parliament's foreign affairs committee,... that calls on Japan to withdraw their export restrictions.
The three sides also discussed other areas of trilateral cooperation, including North Korea's denuclearization and other national security issues.
