U.S. President Donald Trump's new point-man for East Asia and the Pacific, David Stilwell, arrived here in the nation.
He's scheduled to meet with senior foreign ministry officials on Wednesday... to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral alliance and boost cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
In an interview last weekend with Japanese broadcaster NHK, he was asked about possible American intervention in the trade dispute between Seoul and Tokyo.. to which he said, both sides should talk and find a positive way out.
Stilwell will leave Korea on Thursday.
