AMARGOSA VALLEY, NEVADA — For anyone actually thinking of raiding Area 51, the Feds have a message for you.

The Facebook event to storm Area 51 is blowing up online, with just over 300,000 potential attendees late last week to nearly a million today.

Though it's obviously a joke, we're pretty sure more than a handful of idiots are actually gonna show.

The raid hinges on a strength-in-numbers strategy, since "they can't stop all of us." But then, they probably can. For one thing, the U.S. government is already well aware of the September 20 event.

U.S. Air Force spokeswoman Laura McAndrews warned in a Washington Post article that Area 51 is an open training range for the armed forces. And rest assured, they are pretty ready to take on Naruto runners and other crazy trespassers.

Alien hunters and conspiracy theorists have long believed the feds are hiding alien tech and other secrets at the facility.

Knowing the U.S. government, there is probably a buttload of secrets, but Area 51 may be the least of our worries.
