Disney and Pixar's 'Toy Story 4' and a reboot of the classic movie 'Child's Play' are now in theaters.

Almost a decade after 'Toy Story 3' was released in June 2010, the family-friendly series is bringing back Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang with its latest installment.
Many viewers in Korea are excited about the release of 'Toy Story 4' after such a long wait. Some 120-thousand tickets were pre-sold as of Wednesday night… ranking number one in pre-sales among newly released films.
The story begins at new owner Bonnie's house with familiar characters like Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie. When a new hand-made toy named Forky runs away... denying its fate as a toy, Woody and his friends go on an adventure to persuade and bring Forky back to Bonnie. The story takes the characters through various places like a traveling carnival and an antique store. The movie is also showing at IMAX theatres for fans who want an even more vivid viewing experience.
And another movie from the 'Child's Play' franchise hits the screens on the same day.
The 8th 'Child's Play' movie is a remake of the original film released in 1988 with the same title. The scary Chucky doll that never dies got some major upgrades in the new release with advances in technology. Geared with artificial intelligence, the killer doll can connect to and control all the digital devices around the house, and use the TV, lights and smartphones to threaten and kill people.
And lastly, a Korean film titled 'The Beast' is set to be released next Wednesday. The action-thriller film is jointly produced by Korean and French producers and takes the main storyline from the 2005 French film '36th Precinct'.
The story begins when a detective named Han-soo agrees to cover up a murder by drug dealer Chun-bae in order to get a critical clue to catch another notorious murderer. The story gets complicated when another detective finds out about Han-soo's deal with the drug dealer.
With a range of different genres and stories, there's something for everybody at the movie theaters this summer.
