U.S. will only complete trade deal with China once it returns to terms negotiated earlier: Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump has stressed he will NOT complete a trade deal with China unless Beijing returns to the terms negotiated earlier in the year.
Speaking to reporters at the White House on Tuesday,... Trump explained it's him that's holding up the deal.
His comments come a day after he threatened to further raise tariffs on Chinese goods if Chinese President Xi Jinping doesn't sit down with him for talks during the G-20 summit in Osaka later this month.
Beijing's foreign ministry said the country is open to continued trade talks with Washington,... adding it's not afraid to fight a trade war.
However, it remained silent on a possible meeting between Presidents Xi and Trump in Japan.
