President Moon sought advice on how to overcome opposition to innovation from those with vested rights, possibly in reference to powerful companies looking to protect their existing technology and products.
The presidential office said the visit was aimed at devising ways to diversify Seoul's growth engines while seeking innovative growth.
The president also said Seoul has introduced the world's first commercial 5G communication network and Helsinki is cooperating with Seoul to launch the world's first 6G service.
