U.S. State Department confirms entire N. Korean WMD program conflicts UN Security Council resolutions

We begin with a message out of Washington.
The U.S. State Department has confirmed that the entirety of North Korea's weapons of mass destruction program is in conflict with UN Security Council resolutions.
Addressing questions on the North's firing of short-range missiles on May 9th,... State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus stressed that what Washington is focused on, however, is continuing negotiations with the regime to bring a peaceful end to its WMD program.
The remarks come as she answered reporters' questions to clarify the State Department's position after President Trump appeared to have contradicted his national security advisor over the North's latest launch.
During his joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Tokyo on Monday,... Trump downplayed the missile launches saying all Kim Jong-un may want is (quote) "attention."
