일본 법원, 한국인 야스쿠니 합사 취소 소송서 원고 패소 판결

The Tokyo District Court has ruled against South Koreans who appealed for the removal of their family members from the Yasukuni Shrine... which honors Japan's war dead including some class A war criminals.
Tuesday's ruling came five years after the plaintiffs filed the case.
The court said it is rejecting all claims, without giving a reason for the decision.
The plaintiffs said they cannot accept that the victims of Japanese imperialism are listed at the shrine, adding that they will take the case to a higher court.
The names of almost two and half million people are listed at the Yasukuni Shrine... including some twenty-thousand Koreans.
