Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
7-8 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
Coriander Leaves
1 Onion (chopped)
150 gms Raw Dried Peas
1 tbsp Mix Masala
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
1 tbsp Sugar
Salt

Method: Lets start with heating up the Oil, once the Oil is heated add Garlic Cloves (crushed), Coriander Leaves, Onion (chopped). Next mix it properly, then add Raw Dried White Peas, Mix Masala, Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder, Tamarind Pulp, Sugar, Salt. Mix it properly together. Next close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes add Coriander Leaves and take out in serving bowl. Next your Safed Vatanyachi Bhaaji is ready to serve.
