Ewha Womans University revealed two photos of a symbolic figure of Korea's fight for independence from Japan's brutal colonial rule.
To celebrate the institute's 133rd anniversary and the centennial of the March 1st Independence Movement,… two photos of Ryu Gwan-sun... were revealed for the first time to the public at a special exhibition today.
The photos of the iconic revolutionary seem to have been taken during her time at the school between 1915 and 1919.
They will be displayed until Friday at Ewha Womans University History Museum.
