Gemma Atkinson shares her full body weights workout for women that only uses a barbell.

Before Strictly 2017, Gemma spent months using weights to get lean.

Under the eye of UP Fitness, Gemma transformed her body.

In this video Gemma demonstrates an upper body and lower body weights circuit, performing each of the three exercises in the tri-set back-to-back.

Do three sets of five reps of the first circuit using a very light weight to warm up, increasing the weight until you feel your heart rate and body temperature go up.
