Acting Pentagon chief says N. Korea fired "rockets and missiles"

Acting U.S. Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan says North Korea lauched (quote)”rockets and missiles” last week, confirming for the first time what Washington believes Pyeongyang fired into the East Sea.
Speaking at a congressional hearing on Wednesday, Shanahan said... Chairman of U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Joseph Dunford called him as soon as North Korea fired and said the regime was shooting rockets and missiles.
Until now, the U.S. has not referred to what the North launched last Saturday as "missiles."
The South Korean military has also been saying they were "short-range projectiles," not defining them as missiles.
Seoul and Washington are still analyzing what the regime shot last week.
