Ramadan Recipes | Pistachio Rose Tart

Day 3 // Pistachio Tart

- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grind 150gms pistachios until fine, then add 30gms sugar and
¼ tsp salt.
- Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp melted butter and mix until dough forms.
- Push dough into the edges of tart pan and bake for 10-12 mins.
- Beat 150ml whipping cream with 40gms powdered sugar & 1 tsp rose water until soft peaks form.
- Add 115gms mascarpone and beat until stiff.
- Fill cooled tart shell with cream and top with rose petals to serve.
