Family-friendly companies in South Korea are outperforming other firms when it comes to employment, sales, and profits.
The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family defines family-friendly companies... as those that work to prevent sexual harassment and guarantee a 40-hour work week and maternity leave.
According a study of 5-hundred companies by market tracker CEO Score,... the employment rate of the 1-hundred-and-48 family-friendly companies in the study.... jumped 7-point-5 percent on year in 2018,.... compared to a just four percent rise in employment rate at other companies.
Family-friendly companies last year also outperformed other firms when it came to sales and profits,.... which rose by almost 13 percent and 31 percent respectively.
