A recent government survey shows over 60 percent of multicultural families in Korea have lived in the country for more than 10 years.
The figure from last year's survey by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, is a near 13 percent increase from the previous survey in 2015.
Nearly 30 percent of respondents said they don't find life in Korea difficult - up four percentage points from 2015.
However, those who said they felt lonely in Korea, mainly due to the lack of opportunities to socialize with others, rose by five and a half percentage points to just over 24 percent.
