Jeju and southern province to have rainy start to week _ 042919

Good morning, Jeju and southern provinces will have a rainy start to the new week. It's been already been raining on Jeju Island since last night. Showers will gradually spread to southern coastal regions and southern provinces. Chungcheong-do Province will see showers in the afternoon. Rain is forecast to let up tonight.
10 to 40 millimeters are in store for southern coastal regions and on Jeju and less for upper areas, so carry an umbrella if you are in southern areas.. while central regions will be under mostly sunny skies with warm highs.
Temperatures will be right around the average for Seoul but we can expect readings gradually going up as May is right around the corner. So enjoy the somewhat breezy conditions while they are here. Besides, air quality will be decent for most parts.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, we will see low teens for the central region this morning. Gyeongju and Chuncheon are waking up to a chilly morning.
Daily highs in southern areas will be 3 to 6 degrees lower than yesterday along with showers, Seoul will see highs a couple notches higher than Sunday.
