S. Korea's foreign ministry to set up new teams in charge of China, UN sanctions on N. Korea

South Korea's foreign ministry will establish a new bureau specializing in China affairs and a division focused on carrying out UN Security Council sanctions against North Korea.
The ministry says it has put on public notice... a proposed revision to the current enforcement regulations on its organizational structure.
The move comes amid increasing calls within the ministry for setting up a separate bureau in charge of China to intensify its diplomatic capability on the four major powers - the U.S., China, Japan and Russia.
The process is expected to be completed by early May.
