The North Korean vessel Wise Honest which had been held captive by Indonesian authorities for about a year,... has recently unloaded the North Korean coal that it had been carrying.
A UN expert panel said,.... that the bulk carrier was held captive as it was transferring 26-thousand-5-hundred tons of North Korean coal last year.
And Voice of America reported that... recent photos show the vessel was moved a few kilometers from its point of captivity,... to unload the coal onto a barge.
The whole unloading process took about 10 days.
This comes after Indonesia gave the green light to transfer the North Korean coal,.... saying that an Indonesian individual holds a contract for the coal's sale.
And citing an unnamed source, VOA reported,.... a Panama-flagged ship is currently taking the coal to Malaysia.
