Ingredients:
1 kg Hung Curd
1 cup Mango Pulp
1 cup Caster Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Saffron Milk
Dry Fruits

Method:
First, take your hung curd (as instructed in the video) add Mango Pulp, Caster Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Saffron Milk. Then beat the mix for a minute, take it the bowl, garnish with dry fruits and your Amrakhand is ready to be served.
