Trump Just Said 'There Should Be No Mueller Report,' Calls The Probe 'Illegal'
President Trump on Friday again slammed the Robert Mueller probe.

President Trump proclaimed on Friday that "there should be no Mueller report." "So, if there was knowingly & acknowledged to be 'zero' crime when the Special Counsel was appointed, and if the appointment was made based on the Fake Dossier (paid for by Crooked Hillary) and now disgraced Andrew McCabe (he & all stated no crime), then the Special Counsel should never have been appointed and there should be no Mueller Report," Trump wrote in a series of tweets. "This was an illegal & conflicted investigation in search of a crime," the president further noted. "Russian Collusion was nothing more than an excuse by the Democrats for losing an Election that they thought they were going to win…THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO A PRESIDENT AGAIN!" The outburst comes a day after the House of Representatives voted 420 to 0 on a resolution that calls for the public release of special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia report. Notably, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham quickly stopped that resolution from being presented on the Senate floor. The Washington Post reports that Graham "demanded that Democrats also vote on appointing a special counsel to look into alleged 'Department of Justice misconduct' in the investigations into President Trump and Hillary Clinton. Democrats are refusing."
