South Korea's nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon has been holding talks in Seoul with his Japanese counterpart Kenji Kanasugi on North Korea-related issues.
On Monday, Lee will travel to Moscow to meet his Russian counterpart Igor Morgulov,... which will be followed by a trip to Belgium for consultations with EU officials.
The blitz of diplomacy comes.... as Seoul wants to closely coordinate with the international community.... and discuss next steps in handling the North Korea issue,... especially as the second North Korea-U.S. summit ended without an agreement.
He held talks with his American counterpart, Stephen Biegun as well, in Washington last week.
