Virat Kohli has declared that the World Cup title race is wide open and no team can be labelled as clear favourites. With the quadrennial less than two months away, hosts England and heavyweights India are touted as the clear favourites but Kohli has rejected the notion. Kohli's Team India were beaten 3-2 at home by a depleted Australian side who claimed a 35-run victory in the fifth and final ODI in Delhi.

ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ 3-2 से सीरीज हारने के बाद टीम इंडिया के कप्तान विराट कोहली ने बड़ा बयान दिया है. वर्ल्ड कप से ठीक पहले आखिरी वनडे सीरीज हारने पर जब विराट कोहली से वर्ल्ड कप के दावेदारों पर सवाल पूछा गया तो उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी टीम फेवरेट के तौर पर वर्ल्ड कप का आगाज नहीं करेगी. विराट कोहली ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कहा, 'मुझे नहीं लगता कि कोई भी टीम वर्ल्ड कप में फेवरेट के तौर पर शुरुआत करेगी. वेस्टइंडीज, इंग्लैंड और न्यूजीलैंड मजबूत दिख रही है. हम भी मजबूत हैं और अब ऑस्ट्रेलिया की टीम का संतुलन भी सही दिख रहा है. पाकिस्तान अपने दिन पर किसी भी टीम को हरा सकता है।
